Robot Arm Operated Starch/Rice Noodle Production Line

This video shows Heshan® rice vermicelli noodle machines and production line featuring pelletized dough pre-extrusion and vermicelli noodle final extrusion, and rice vermicelli pressure precooking. The extruders are assisted by a quick reassembling mechanism for maintenance replacement of the die plates. The video also presents the starch vermicelli noodle manufacturing machines and production line that make bean/corn/cassava/potato starch glass noodles. This processing line uses robot to reduce labour costs.
