We are a Chinese rice noodle production line manufacturer and turnkey factory builder. We supply fully automatic industrial rice noodle machines in China, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam and all over the world.

We are one of the earliest developers of the modernized rice vermicelli noodle production line with granulation, double extrusion and double steam cooking processes. We inventively use the extruder head replacement mechanism to speed up the process of changing and cleaning the extrusion plate.

Features of the double steaming rice noodle production line

This rice noodle production line integrates traditional rice noodle making skills with modern advanced technology, achieving automation in rice noodle production.
The dough and noodles undergo two steaming and cooking processes to improve the texture of the final product.
This process can produce folded or round dried noodle blocks, rice sticks, as well as cup/bowl-sized instant rice vermicelli.

Extruder head quick replacement system

These rice vermicelli noodle making machines include rice pellets pre-extrusion and rice vermicelli making extrusion, as well as rice vermicelli pressure precooking. We also supply a special auxiliary machine to replace the extruder head quickly. It takes only 10 minutes to replace the extrusion die plate, while without this mechanism it takes more than 1 hour.
